About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager to join the KTC Group ltd’ team in our Westgate Auckland office. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to support the growth and success of our business.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing plans.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
• Managing the marketing budget and optimising spend to achieve the best return on investment
